Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Estimated time for UPS ground shipments can be viewed by pointing HERE.

Warm Milk ships to the continental United States, Alsaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada. We ask our international customers (Central and South America, Europe, Asia and South East Asia) to please email (sales@warmmilk.com) us your order and we will send you an invoice notifying you of shipping costs.

Warm Milk gives customers buying from the continental US the option of standard UPS ground or 2nd Day Air rates.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will be charged standard USPS Priority or International Priority shipping rates.

Shipments to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS at standard rates.

Canadian customers receiving packages via USPS can expect to be charged customs duties of approximately 5-13% of the total value of their order, plus a $5-8 dollar 'handling' fee.  Customs affixes a taxes-owing form on the box and the box is held by the Post Office as a COD. Recipient pays the tax/handling when the package is retrieved.  You must supply us, by email (sales@warmmilk.com) or phone (914.921.2626) with your full name and address as well as a phone number for your purchase to clear customs without delay.

Return Policy
At Warm Milk, your satisfaction is our priority.  So when you receive your order please inspect it immediately.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase feel free to notify us as soon as possible at help@warmmilk.com or call 914.921.2626 for a replacement or a refund at our option.  We will gladly exchange or return/refund your items within 30 days of your purchase.

Items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging and packing slip.  All returns must have been purchased directly from the www.warmmilk.com website and be accompanied by a return authorization number (issued by us after you notify us via email or phone of a problem)
